Melin Homes

Melin Homes is a registered social landlord. They were created in 2007 and they own and manage over 3, 800 properties in Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Newport and Powys. They are an innovative, community based housing association, and a major provider of affordable homes in South East Wales. Melin is about more than just property, and company residents are at the centre of all that they do. They have a fresh and dynamic outlook and company intention is to make a positive difference in the communities within which they operate. As well as homes to rent, they also build homes which are available to buy through low-cost home-ownership schemes and provide accommodation for people ages 55 and over.
