Members Cooperative Credit Union

Members Cooperative Credit Union's mission is to be the primary, positive financial influence in the lives of their members/owners. Started in 1936 by a group of eight as the Cloquet Co-op Credit Union became Members Cooperative Credit Union on January 1, 2001. The new name was chosen to additionally acknowledge many members outside the Cloquet area. The cooperative family grew again in 2015, with a merger with Lake State Credit Union. Today, more than 48,000 members have come together to pool over $600 million in assets.
