Menarys

Menarys was founded in 1923 by Cookstown Draper Joseph Alexander, the great-uncle of our current Managing Directors, Stephen and Philip McCammon. After buying over MenaryBrothers in Lisburn in the 1970's, their father adopted the Menary's name and all Alexander's stores were rebranded. Following rapid expansion in the 1980's and 90's, we launched our sister company Tempest in 2000 to provide a stronger fashion offering to our younger customers. Now we have 17 Menarys and Tempest stores, one Store Support Centre, more than 360 members of staff and over 200,000 Reward Me Loyalty Card holders.
