Celebrating over 75 years in business, the company is a third generation family business started by Marvin Sanders in 1940. Richard Sanders, Marvin's son, joined the company in 1970 working alongside his father to grow a successful business focused on the gently used and rental furniture market. In more recent years, all four of Richard's children have joined the business eager to work alongside their father and one another to continue to dynamically grow Merchants in Colorado and nationally. All four siblings, Jynx, Alexi, Zack and Brooke, bring a unique background to the business with experience from a variety of industries including, commercial brokerage, marketing, finance and fashion. The Merchants family has grown significantly the past few years to include several talented, driven, resourceful and, of course, always delightful team members. The team works hard but understands the value of having fun and ensuring our clients enjoy their experience at Merchants as much as we do. Abby
