METCO inc. is a leading CNC Machining and Manufacturing Company. Our facility has 15,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and is climate controlled to produce constant temperature and environment stability. CNC programs are produced and managed by Mastercam software. We electronically receive blue prints, quotes and customer information through email communication. Machining and Manufacturing work flow is controlled by utilizing our Profit fab MRP system. SPC, Barcode and real time part traceability features exists in this system. Work cells have been developed using "Lean Manufacturing" techniques enabling rapid change to Market and Customer demand. Our precision CNC Milling and Turning Centers offer 5 axis capability and live tooling. Light Honing, Grinding and part cleaning are available to ensure part finish requirements are met. Various types of welding, fabrication and sub-assembly are also available. Our expertise with working metals includes, but not limited to; all grades of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, steel and plastics.
