Should an individual feel that he or she has been unable to access a Metroparks facility, program or service because of lack of accessibility the individual should contact Metroparks staff by calling 419-407-9701 or by using our email form. Individuals may request a face-to-face meeting with a Metroparks staff member to discuss their concern. Metroparks staff members should contact their supervisor or the Director of Central Services with any concerns about accessibility or discrimination.
