Mevanna Prestige

Mevanna Prestige is the Mevanna Group subsidiary responsible for property development and land acquisitions. It operates from the group's head office in Jersey and oversees projects in the Channel Islands. As well as undertaking its own projects, it also holds a substantial portfolio of property that is managed by the group's property management subsidiary, Mevanna Management Services. In addition, Mevanna Prestige is also involved in several partnerships which are aimed at delivering a range of property investments in both the short and medium term. It is the Mevanna Group's policy to explore and leverage potential partnership opportunities across all of its operations, to reduce operational risk, and maximize productivity and profitability, whilst maintaining the quality of management and delivery of all its projects.
