MG Capital Maintenance, Inc. is a local minority owned and operated Commercial Janitorial Company with over 40 years of combined leadership experience. Our staff has extensive experience in cleaning Class A Office, Medical and Industrial Facilities. Our team consists of trained Operations Managers, Supervisors, Cleaners, Quality Assurance Inspectors and a Customer Service Liaison. Additional training is performed on site when a new property is acquired because each property has its own unique qualities. The Owner has been directly involved in the Janitorial Industry for 25 years and our Customer Service Liaison has a 16 year background in property management, primarily focused on Class A Office and Medical Facilities. Additionally MG Capital employs full time Quality Assurance team members who inspect all properties with a minimum of two visits per month. We strive to provide a transition process into a new building, which is exceptional to the industry. Once a contract has been signed, the Owner of the company will walk the property numerous times to familiarize himself with all areas to insure he assigns the personnel most qualified for the daily cleaning. During the transition period, the Owner will clean along with the cleaners to direct them on how best to serve each area. We believe this is one of the areas that places our company above others and gives us an edge on understanding each property.
