MGM

MGM was founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1992, originally as MGM Preservation Ltd. It shortened its name to MGM Ltd in 1999 to reflect its developing expertise and reputation in a wider range of specialist construction services and has grown steadily to become one of the leading specialist property refurbishment companies in Northern England. In February 2007 MGM Ltd became part of the Northern Bear Plc group of companies.
