In order to promote and enhance our team members' talents and abilities, MIGO implements a variety of education and training programs within our organization: • The Mentor Program for high-level managers is a one-on-one learning model with high-level managers from headquarters advising potential or reserve management talents how to improve management and decision-making ability • Specific Expertise Training aims to improve the core functions and introduce new technologies and knowledge through internal training or inviting external lecturers • Exchange Learning across specific fields allows short-term cross-departmental exchange for each quarter, allowing people with different professions to enhance team communication and interaction through exchange and dialogue.
