Following the completion of your Mike Holmes Inspection, you will be issued a detailed and comprehensive inspection report documenting the home&s;s condition, as observed at the time of the inspection - tangible documentation of our findings. An electronic version of the inspection report will be sent to you via email within 48hrs of your inspection. By request, a hard-copy report and CD-ROM can be sent to you via UPS 72 hours following your inspection.
