Milestone Decisions

Milestone Decisions provides 24 hr. care for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. We currently operate 3 Intermediate Care Facilities ( ICF's), licensed by the State of Idaho for 8 beds each, in Moscow. In addition, we are certified as a Residential Habilitation Agency, in both Moscow and Coeur d'Alene, to provide 24hr. residential services in the community. Currently we have 23 residents in the ICF program and 30 residents in the Residential Habilitation program. The emphasis is on a home environment at each and every setting where privacy and individual rights are respected. Promoting a full and meaningful life through a variety of activities, both in the home and in the community, is the way of life at Milestone Decisions. We provide individualized skill training on all activities of daily living, support to maintain employment in the community and a full schedule of recreational opportunities. Our goal is to create the conditions to allow everyone the independence to reach their fullest potential.
