Millennial Services LLC was started in 2009 to offer reliable, cost-effective outsourcing solutions for customer relations services, including chat and email support. Since then we have been continually growing our service offerings, and have found our place among the leaders in digital support solutions, specializing in written correspondence. Our model uses a unique blend of offshore characteristics applied to a US based workforce to create a highly economical and high quality solution. Since our genesis the demands for our services have come from a variety of different industries, with customer care via email and chat, copy writing, and data processing being among the leading services we offer. The first Millennial Services project team had less than ten workers. Today we manage a handful of projects and provide flexible work schedules to over 100 remote agents. We are headquartered in Chicago, IL. Our agents are located around the country, in many states and all time zones with the preponderance of them Indianapolis based.
