Highlighting our commitment to high quality machined products is our CNC turning services. Turning processes provided include cutting, facing, threading, forming, drilling, knurling, and boring. We can work with metals that include steels, brass, bronze, cobalt, copper, iron, lead, nickel, tin, titanium, and Inconel. For non-metal work, we can machine numerous plastic polymers such as ABS, Acetal, Fiberglass, Polyamide, Polycarbonate, PVC, and PTFE. We can accommodate workpieces up to 18" in diameter, 24" in length, and weighing up to 100 lbs., machining them to tolerances of ±.0005" for straightness and diameter, and ±.001" for concentricity. Our tooling department can custom build tooling and fixtures, or adapt your original existing fixtures to our own equipment. Efficiency is further enhanced with equipment features that allow unattended operation. We also offer a series of value added services to help customers with their design or production needs. These include reverse engineering, CAD design, deburring, heat treating, plating, welding, and sheet metal fabrication. We can provide specialty production or prototyping and offer the capacity to support high volume manufacturing services. With support for multiple industries ranging from Aerospace to Pharmaceutical, our team at Miller Precision continuously upgrades its technology and expertise. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we can provide compliance with a number of standards and specifications, including ANSI, QS, RoHS, and various Mil-Specs. We have provided precision machining for applications such as engine components, turbine components, construction equipment, forgings, valves, sockets, bushings, and more. Most of our work is performed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity, with rush services also available.
