Together with our partners - Vilnius University & Lithuanian Psychology Association we offer an integrative holistic wellbeing programme towards a bal...anced self. The mindletic App guides through different techniques designed to cope with burnout, anxiety or stress; from reflection based personalized self-care program and peer support with the community to talking to certified psychologists and preventing disbalance. Our purpose is to promote emotional hygiene, create a culture of support and unity, and motivate ongoing self-care. We believe, that everyone should train their mind the same way they train their body. According to IBM, Harward Medical School and many more, poor mental health at the workplace results in 34% of salary loss and 50% of job leave. Replacing an employee costs up to 7000EUR depending on the position. Research shows it really works: Companies investing in employee mental health tend to generate 2.2 times bigger ROI and +235% increase in their share value (Deloitte, 2019). Mindletic is a 2nd place winner of The Global Hack which gathered over 15 000 participants from 100+ countries, winner at Futurepreneurs 2020 pre-accelerator and has been recognised by global media including Forbes, NHK WORLD-JAPAN, Focus and Delfi, to name a few.
