Minilec has specialized in providing maintenance support to the Wireless industry since 1969, and has long been considered the leader in its field. From modest beginnings as an NEC in-warranty service department, a loyal following soon grew out of innovative program development, dependable and cost effective service. Clients include both Carriers and Manufacturers, and Minilec has an extensive track record of support for numerous suppliers. Minilec is the only independent service authorized to provide in-warranty service for Panasonic and Unication paging products. Contributing after-sale engineering and technical support that far exceeds the resources of a typical "repair shop", Minilec designs have been incorporated into a number of products and its staff has been awarded three U.S. patents in the field. Minilec has also developed an automated quality assurance station, allowing for a 100% double test procedure to insure strict compliance to factory specifications. From its modest beginnings, much has changed at Minilec. Yet one goal has remained constant through the years, a dedication to providing only top caliber service, on a cost-effective basis. Hence Minilec's original motto is still appropriate to this day; "Service Needs No Apology".
