Minnesota Equipment offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship orders outside the United States. We do not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Orders needing to be shipped to a P.O. Box Address must be less than 70lbs in total weight and can be placed by calling one of our five stores. Minnesota Equipment does not offer gift packaging. Order information such as a billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delivery delays or cancellations. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. Minnesota Equipment is not liable for late or lost deliveries. Subject to our Return Policy, please contact the carrier to resolve any credit or adjustments related to delivery failures or delays. Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please report items that are damaged or missing within 10 days of delivery.
