Mistica Foods

Mistica Foods, LLC was founded in 2014 by Monika Rose Walas as an independent, woman-owned company providing custom menu and supply chain solutions to foodservice as well as retail channels. Headquartered in Addison, Illinois, Mistica Foods serves national and international customers and offers products under the Mistica Ranch Meats brand name. The name Mistica Foods was inspired by Walas' family's devout Catholic faith. Monika prayed to Maria Rosa Mistica for protection and guidance in this new role she began. Maria Rose Mistica is the same icon her father prayed to when contemplating the opening of his first venture over 24 years ago. The icon is a meaningful figure in her family that Walas wanted to incorporate in her new venture, Mistica Foods.
