Mitchell & Stark Construction Co., Inc. was formed as an Indiana corporation in 1955 by Ralph Mitchell & Floyd Stark. For the three years prior to that, work was performed as a partnership. For over 60 years now, we have constructed thousands of projects throughout the states of Indiana, Florida, Ohio, and Kentucky. Mitchell & Stark is licensed as an engineering firm, a general contractor, an underground utility contractor, a plumbing contractor, a mechanical contractor, and also as a class V fire contractor. We also have several experienced licensed Professional Engineers on staff. We have extensive experience in managing construction projects through use of our own employees and those of subcontractors. We have completed several design/build projects that required our full expertise from permitting to occupancy. Currently we provide several owners and consulting engineers with cost estimates, construction suggestions, and specialty engineering services. We maintain a vast inventory of repair parts in our shop yards and storage buildings. Another asset of Mitchell & Stark is our ability to provide emergency services to industrial and utility companies. Our projects come in wide array of sizes and shapes. We are ready for almost any type of construction project, but we specialize in utility construction, sewer and water lines, road work, water/wastewater treatment plants, and earthwork. We have been successful in maintaining good relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
