The clinic initially operated from Piggs Peak and later from Lomasontfo Office park in the Manzini CBD as a 5-bed Day Clinic with an operating theatre. The clinic is currently situated in the heart of the Manzini CBD at Inyatsi House (formerly Tiger City). It has expanded into a multidisciplinary hospital with 40-beds including a private ward suite, a maternity suite and ICU/high care beds. Mkhiwa Clinic offers services in internal medicine, general surgery, urology, ENT, obstetrics/gynaecology as well as Paediatrics. All of these are covered by specialists. The clinic also has a Dental unit, Physiotherapy, Eye department, VCT centre and endoscope suite.
