Industrial Park Water

The Industrial Park Water and Sanitation District was organized as a quasi-governmental entity under the laws of the state of Colorado on August 8, 1969. The District was created to provide for the effective distribution and collection of water and sewage within the boundaries of the District. It is a member of the Colorado Special Districts Association. The District encompasses approximately 77 acres of industrial properties, which are located in Commerce City in Adams County, Colorado.
