Our Quality Assurance Program is a repeatable process that encompasses a disciplined system of planning, budgeting, reviewing, testing, inspecting, auditing, and reporting on quality throughout the life of the project. We do this through appropriate advance planning, providing masterful staff resources, and our thorough program and project management techniques. Our Quality Assurance procedures are an integral part of our technical approach to every Delivery Order and they apply equally to all members of our project team. Quality is one of our products, not simply a hurdle we must endure. Our Quality Management Program involves: Â
