We also offer hot seats and dedicated desks for individuals and small business teams who don't need a full, private office. All our memberships run on a monthly basis, so you're never locked in. While our memberships include access to our conference rooms, we also offer hourly rates for non-members. We are extremely proud to be part of the co-working space Denver community and to provide our members with the kinds of amenities and connections that will help them grow. Our central location draws members from all over the Metro Area, from Boulder to Lakewood. The close proximity to bus lines, the light rail, and dozens of parking facilities make Modworks very easy to access, and being right on the 16th Street Mall allows our members to shop and eat at a variety of places. We also pride ourselves on the local partnerships and relationships we've generated and maintained with other local businesses. For example, our members have the opportunity to take advantage of discounts at the YMCA, Dependable Cleaners, Scuffs Shoe Shines, DazBog Coffee, and several other local businesses. Our lively yet focused atmosphere within the space is conducive to getting work done, and our members hail from numerous different industries. We are also proud to play host to numerous different after hours events, meetings, parties, and receptions held by different organizations including SheSays Denver, Upload Virtual Reality, and even Denver Startup Week. We also offer our space to our members to hold events to promote and grow their businesses. While Modworks continues to grow and establish itself in Denver, we strive to keep providing the small-business style friendly service that helps our members grow. We are also thrilled to announce that thanks to our fantastic members, friends, and community, we are preparing to expand! We will be knocking down some walls and adding about 2,500 additional square feet, including another conference room, several more offices, and tons more desk and collaborative space. With this expansion, the entire floor will be ours, allowing our space to gain a much more open feel than it already has. The expansion falls directly in line with our commitment to excellence and giving our members and visitors the best co-working experience in Denver.
