Momentum Partners AS is owned by its active partners and the W. Giertsen group of companies. W. Giertsen AS is a family-owned industrial group based in Bergen, Norway. Following its inception in 1875, the group has built a long track record of continuous improvement and innovation. Venture investments through Momentum Partners are the most recent additions to its business. Momentum Partners has also established a joint holding company with JO Odfjell Group, forming the basis for our close partnership on the venture scene.
