Monitor is a non-departmental public body established in 2004. We are the sector regulator of NHS-funded health care services and our main duty is to protect and promote the interests of patients. Below you can find out more about our leadership and the regional Provider regulation team, who are responsible for the monitoring, compliance and intervention regime related to NHS foundation trusts.
