Monosuisse specializes in manufacturing precise monofilaments from various polymers. Our unique combination of production experience in fine and finest monofilaments, along with knowledge of economic production of heavy count monofilaments, provides our customers with the most appropriate monofilaments for their products. Monosuisse offers a range of diameters from 27µm to 1.20mm. Polymers include standard Polyamide 6.6 and Polyester, as well as specialties like PPS, PEN, PVDF and PEEK. Monosuisse monofilaments are used in a variety of industrial applications. We supply all major manufacturers of screen printing fabrics with fine and finest diameters. Filter fabrics, in nearly all styles and applications, are made too with Monosuisse products. Braids, narrow fabrics and paper machine cloths are other treatments where Monosuisse products excel.
