When Ralph Swierenga Sr. assumed the leadership of the company in 1949 his honesty, integrity and commitment to service earned him the respect of his customers and a reputation for outstanding customer service. Today, his sons Jack, the CEO of the company and Ralph Jr. who serves as Monroe's president, continue to guide the direction of the company according to the values instilled under Ralph Sr.'s leadership.
