Our company, Kuhlmann Real Estate was founded in 1963 by Roger Kuhlmann. Over the past 50 years we have been honored to represent many buyers and sellers in Montevideo and the surrounding area including Chippewa, Lac Qui Parle, Swift, Yellow Medicine, Renville and Kandiyohi counties. We have six full-time Realtors and two who work on a part-time basis. Our cumulitive experiance totals 130 years with well over 5,000 transactions. We offer knowledge in residential, hobby farm, commercial, lots, land, multi family and foreclosed or distressed properties.
