Merrie Bertrand has been a resident of Montevideo since 1971 and has been with Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. since 1989 bringing with her 12 years of previous business management. In 2003 Merrie partnered as an owner and genuinely enjoys this new aspect of business. Additional designations includes Broker, Graduate of the Realtors Institute and 1995-96 Realtor of the Year with the West Central Association of Realtors. Merrie truly enjoys her career and is committed to her clients. She strives to fit their needs, create a stress free environment as they search for a new home to purchase or prepare to sell their current home. Her goal is to give her clients the information they need to make the best possible decision in purchasing or selling a home. Merrie specializes in residential homes, hobby farms and also does building lots, farmland and commercial. Merrie and her husband Tim live in rural Montevideo with their youngest daughter, Amanda. Older children include Fran, John, Stacy and Melissa. Community service includes Lions Club, 4-H volunteer, Historical Society volunteer, MMRRC, and a Religious Ed. teacher.
