Moray Flying Club

Moray Flying Club is a not-for-profit Military flying club for both Kinloss Barracks and RAF Lossiemouth and all other Service personnel. We aim to provide cost effective flying to personnel from RAF, Army and Navy as well as their dependants. Also Air Cadets, University Air Squadron Members and their organisations' staff as well as Commonwealth Service personnel too. Based at Kinloss Barracks on the beautiful shores of the Moray Firth, we are a registered training facility and offer tuition for the Part FCL/EASA Private Pilots License (PPL), the CAA National Private Pilots License (NPPL with LAPL from April 2015) as well as Night and IMC/IR Restricted Ratings. We have three single engine Cessna aircraft which can be used for training or hire by valid license holders. A limited number of non-Service members are also accepted if they can contribute to the club through regular flying. Non-members can be escorted on to base for trial lessons but will need to join the club in order to continue training and flying with us.
