Danica K Wolkiser, LMT, NCTMB is licensed to practice massage in New York State and in Massachusetts and she is also Nationally Certified. She has received over 2000 hours of professional massage training from several massage schools and various teachers to learn a large number and variety of skills to apply to her work. She received her first professional-level massage license in 1990, has in the years since then owned her own massage business, and has for several years taught massage in a school. She has also enhanced her approach to healing by what she has gained through her years of study and practice of eurythmy. Eurythmy is a type of dance or art of movement which has sometimes been called a new kind of yoga. Eurythmy is part of the curriculum of the Waldorf School in New York City which Danica attended for fourteen years as a child; later she completed a four-year professional training at the eurythmy school in Stuttgart, Germany after which, for several years, she performed on stage and taught eurythmy to children in Waldorf Schools and also to groups of adults. Eurythmy, with its ability to bring life, love, and health into manifestation, continues to inspire Danica's life and work today in a special way.
