Mosaic Advisors

As President of Mosaic Advisors, she manages financials, reporting and planning associated with revenue streams for small businesses, with special focus on music, film and television. In addition to consulting on operations and overall strategy she successfully supports client partnerships with agents, film/television studios, record labels and multi-national consumer brands. Working partnerships include Creative Artists Agency, Untied Talent Agency, NBC Universal, Sony Screen Gems, Bravo and the major music labels. Mosaic also leads the personal planning process for owners of closely held businesses. Prior to Mosaic Advisors, Rashida served as Vice President of Affluent Strategy for PNC Financial Services. In this role she had oversight of marketing, sales and enterprise strategy initiatives impacting approximately 3 million affluent clients across PNC&s;s national footprint. During her tenure she was also charged with leading in-market M&a;A activities for PNC&s;s $3.6 billion acquisitions of Flagstar and RBC Banks. Rashida holds a BS in Finance from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University. As an Atlanta native she is extremely involved in the Atlanta community. Rashida has committed herself to serving non-profits such as Grady Hospital, National Black Arts Festival, Girl Scouts Second Century Circle and Cool Girls. She has been responsible for directing more than $200,000 to these organizations since 2012. She currently serves on the boards of Cool Girls Inc, Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts and is a National Council Member for American Israel Public Affairs Committee. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2014. She continues to be extremely passionate about exposing young adults to economic literacy topics. In her spare time she has developed financial education programs at the Andrew and Walter Young Family YMCA, Bishop Dale C.
