We contact with our customers daily by Emails or Skype, from new product development, sampling process, orders, to mass production, quality control and also exporting. We usually ask for feedback for every order, especially for the new items. We also send out Questionnaire Form to all our customers every 3-6 months to see where and how should we improve in the future. By doing all these, all our customer satisfy with our customer service.
