At MPS Care Group we aim to provide a comfortable, safe and homely environment for all of our residents. Our highly trained and caring members of staff ensure that each resident is provided with the appropriate care and attention that they require, ensuring that the care they receive is tailored around their individual needs and personal preferences. Our staff members respect the need for independence and with encouragement and support our residents are able to maintain as much independence as possible, this includes making their own choices about the care they receive and their chosen lifestyle. Within each of our 14 care homes we offer a diverse programme of activities and services designed to physically, mentally and emotionally stimulate our residents. Activities include pub lunches, gardening, quiz afternoons/evenings, board games and bingo. Each of our care homes has an onsite activities coordinator who is responsible for the planning and delivery of these activities. We also provide visits from a hairdresser and Chiropodist and can arrange for other visits if requested. Many of our homes accommodate various pets such as cats, dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits, these offer comfort and companionship and a home from home environment. With this wide range of activities and services we can ensure that each of our residents, no matter how long they are with us, has an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We understand that choosing a care home can be a very difficult time for all concerned and at MPS Care Group we strive to give as much support as possible to both residents and their families, hopefully making this decision easier for all involved.
