Dr. Wise founded MRC in 1983, and led the Houston-based company through periods of exponential growth. She managed the successful development of multiple service lines, including nurse analysis of medical records, record retrieval, electronic records management, pharmaceutical safety surveillance, lien resolution, and MMSEA Section 111 reporting.
