Edward Younger, III, MD, is Medical Director of MRK Medical Consultants. Dr. Younger maintains an active orthopedic surgical practice and is a senior staff member at Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, California. He has been performing medical evaluations since 2000. Dr. Younger has integrated his clinical practice and medical legal consulting business into the MRK offices located at Carmichael, California. Currently MRK has an experienced team of over 30 expert medical legal consultants. Since the establishment of MRK Medical Consultants, the number of medical consultants has expanded and the variety of medical specialties has broadened. The firm continues to grow in specialists and geographic coverage, while maintaining a reputation for providing objective and unbiased expert opinions. We work very hard to recruit consultants that are accomplished in their clinical practice as well as skilled at developing medical reports and testimony. Each stage of the Independent Medical Exam or the Expert Testimony process â€" research to review â€" analysis to opinion, is addressed in a comprehensive manner in order to help legal and insurance professionals reach appropriate conclusions about their client’s situations.
