MRZ Contracting, Inc. is owned and operated by brothers Mike and Clayton Zachary. As a premier DFW landscaping and outdoor construction company, MRZ Contracting, Inc. is committed to achieving the best possible result for the customer. Both Mike and Clayton continue to study the vast array of newly introduced plants each year. While there are many established plants with a proven reliability, they are always in search for the next introduction that will add a new interest in their designs. Exciting contrasts in color & texture are paramount. Master plan designs are a culmination of client desires, job site conditions and Mike and Clayton's creativity. They take pride in their ability and willingness to first listen to the needs and desires of the client. Both use the client's wish list and fold in their own creativity to offer a unique, aesthetically pleasing design. As simple as that sounds, the design process takes many hours of creating and re-creating until the desired look is achieved. MRZ Contracting, Inc. desires that their clients to be personally involved in the design process. They emphasize that the entire project belongs to the client. To involve the client in the design process, an emailed "concept" design is provided to clients, which reveals the beginning ideas of hard construction, bed layouts, tree placement, and shrubs. If desired, accent boulders & dry creek beds are also included. This concept plan contains enough detail for the client to get a feeling of space, flow, and style. The intent of this plan is to allow the client the opportunity to offer feedback. Any desired changes to the plan will then be made, and possibly resubmitted depending on the complexity of changes. Upon approval by the client, the design will be finalized with the addition of other shrubs, perennials, ground covers, and/or annuals. When the design is complete, it will depict that which the client has envisioned. The project is then dissected into practical phases and a proposal for construction of the job is produced. At this point, a discussion with the client regarding different options of installation, such as phase installation (if necessary), is conducted. The design will be used as a road map, and each phase will be implemented in a practical order that will promote usefulness and aesthetics in a pleasing manner. Since MRZ Contracting, Inc. believes the project belongs to the client, they are always open to the client operating in a DIY capacity. MRZ Contracting, Inc. understands the importance of a satisfied client.
