Since 1995, the MS Group and subsequently RES have developed an extensive operational network across Africa. As a result, the RES business entity has been incorporated in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Lesotho, and Gabon. Outside of Africa, we also offer on-the-ground geological support to projects in Canada, and are looking to get more involved within Europe. Projects are serviced through our operational bases in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia, which come complete with vehicles and operational equipment which have been customized to deal with the harsh African terrain and environment. RES has the in-house ability to deal with a variety of challenges associated with exploration projects, including cross border logistics; vehicle and equipment permits; personnel visa applications; sourcing, training and managing local labour; farmer and community negotiations; camp establishment and management; and working in collaboration with local service providers.
