Through its strongly identified relationship with all levels of Government, MTAQ is involved on an ongoing basis in all issues which impact on the broad spectrum of the industry. The Association has regional offices in Townsville and Rockhampton. In addition, MTAQ staff from Brisbane constantly travel across Queensland to cater for the needs of member businesses. The Association works to a strict Code of Ethics whose theme is to act honestly and fairly in all dealings with the public and conduct business with professional courtesy and integrity. It offers a wide variety of services to members - industrial relations, technical information, industry-specific publications and stationery, training, legal advice, and an approved superannuation fund, to mention a few.
