Multinail has operated successfully in Australia since 1979, Malaysia since 1994 and South Africa since 2007. Our fabricator network and export activity reaches across the globe from Asia to Europe and to the USA. Multinail Asia, based in Malaysia, includes a major manufacturing plant producing high volumes of nail plate and ancillary connectors each year as well as a technical division offering specialist training and engineering services to meet the growing demand. We have developed a unique range of products and services to cater for emerging nations with a strong need for low cost pre-fabricated housing. This includes machinery developed to suit the specific requirements of those countries with a lower technology requirement. In January 2007 Multinail Africa opened based in Cape Town, South Africa and has established an excellent team and network of fabricators. This has expanded to include an office and warehouse based in Johannesburg. From our operations in Australia, Malaysia and South Africa, we are rapidly expanding our business througout Asia, Oceania, Africa and New Zealand. With full-time staff members fluent in languages including Arabic, Spanish, French, Danish, Mandarin, Bahasa, and Haka along with centralised ownership and control means Multinail is uniquely positioned to offer alternate forms of business structures to enter a specific market such as a joint venture, distributorship, wholly owned subsidiary or direct supply agreement to suit the needs of global markets.
