Montgomery United Methodist Church

Montgomery United Methodist Church was founded in December of 1838 by Littleton Fowler. The first actual church was built in 1839 and was nothing more than a log cabin. In 1842, at quarterly conference, a vote passed and the first parsonage was built at 309 Pond St. This building was constructed in 1850 and still stands today. It was replaced in by our new church.
