We design products, build tooling, manufacture parts, perform a variety of secondary operations such as mold storage and maintenance for the molds we build. We provide excellent customer service including excellent logistical support for all of our customers. Our design capabilities include 2D and 3D modeling, 3D printing and production runs of any size. Our tooling department builds prototype and production molds, and repairs and modifies existing molds as well as changes for our customers. Our production department injection molds parts in the dozens or millions of units and performs an ever increasing list of value add services including part decoration (printing and hot stamping), assembly (mechanical, adhesive, ultrasonic welding), over molding, insert molding, thermal insertion, drilling, tapping and bar code labeling for stock in our large warehouse.
