MVGM is an authority in real estate. With approximately 900 employees in the Netherlands MVGM focuses on property management activities from over 20 different locations around the country. Over the past five years MVGM has grown rapidly through acquisitions, in line with its ambition to become the leading European property management company. Since early 2019 MVGM has had a presence in Germany as a result of the acquisition of PropertyFirst, with 80 employees there working from eight offices. Having a 70-year history, the company has extensive knowledge of local dynamics combined with international experience. Clients are offered a broad, complete and integrated pallet of services with a specialisation in property management. With 90,000 residential properties, 9,000 residential rental transactions, 70,000 apartments with 3,200 owners' associations and 1.5 million m2 of office and commercial space and 1.5 million m2 of retail space under management, MVGM is the largest property manager in the Netherlands. In Germany, PropertyFirst manages 3.4 million m2 of commercial real estate, more than 15,000 parking spaces, 1,000 homes and more than 50 owners' associations. MVGM works for national and international investors, banks and financiers, housing associations, entrepreneurs, insurance companies, governments and government agencies.
