Residential Group Homes

RGHI was established in 1984 as a non-profit organization. We strive to have the best staff for individuals to ensure they receive the best service. We employ over 50 staff and we serve 60 individuals. The field of DD has a tendency to have an extremely high rate of turnover with staff. This constant turnover is not at all helpful to our individuals as it will greatly affect their quality of care. Therefore, RGHI provides a high standard of benefits to our staff to do what we can to ensure our individuals remain with their staff for a lengthy period of time. For many of our individuals, their staff is their family, and family should have stability.
