N15 Architects

N15 Architects is focused on enhancing the tropical experience through design. We specialize in innovative hospitality projects, but have completed several residential and commercial projects as well. Our location on Saipan, a tropical tourist destination in the Northern Mariana Islands, lets us experience the tropics every day and also provides an ideal connection between the US and Asia for assisting clients from both sides of the Pacific. We have also been able to really understand the unique challenges of building projects in remote and tropical places. We are a small but active firm, staffed from all over the world, balancing our workload between design and project management. Our strengths lie in the areas of conceptual design and project coordination, but we prefer to guide projects from idea through construction. With N15 Architects, the tropics is so much more than sand and palm trees.
