NAGATANIEN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of Japanese-style, Western-style and Chinese-style instant foodstuffs, as well as the operation of restaurants. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company has three business segments. The Food segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of ochazuke (rice with green tea), furikake (Japanese rice seasonings), soup, prepared food, powder, fresh foods, processed foods and other food materials. This segment is also engaged in the manufacture and processing of materials and the provision of packaging services. The Restaurant segment is engaged in the operation of restaurants, as well as the provision of food delivery services to the elderly. The Others segment is involved in the insurance agency business, the leasing business, as well as the operation of acupuncture and massage parlors. The Company has eight subsidiaries.
