Emory Hill is a full-service commercial real estate firm, founded in 1981 by Robert H. Hill and R. Clayton Emory. Carmen J. Facciolo, Jr. joined in 1983 and became a partner that year. We have the resources to design, build, finance, lease, manage and maintain commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Emory Hill and Company has served as the construction manager and general contractor for our portfolio of properties, as well as for numerous third party owners. Today, the majority of our construction business stems from third party contracts. Our construction projects have received many prestigious awards over the years.
