Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to subsidiaries. The Company operates in three business segments: property development, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties; construction, which is engaged in construction of buildings, roads and bridges, and others, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of construction materials, provision of sand extraction and land filling services, property investment holdings, rental equipment, charter of marine vessels, as well as provision of offshore topside maintenance services, minor fabrication works and offshore hook up and commissioning. The Company’s wholly owed subsidiary is Naim Cendera Sdn Bhd (NCSB). In August 2007, the Company acquired 45% interests in Dayan Enterprise Sdn Bhd, DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd and Fortune Triumph Sdn Bhd.
