New Adventure Travel Group Ltd was established in 2008 and provides high quality coach hire and land transport solutions. N.A.T. Group started with 4 vehicles but has now grown to be one of South Wales' leading transport providers with over 75 vehicles and counting. Based near the city centre of Cardiff, we operate a fleet of 25 high quality coaches on a mixture of local contracts, UK and European private hire and holiday work. We are also very proud to operate and provide a number of professional sports teams with high quality transport including Swansea City Football Club and the Cardiff Devils Hockey Club. The business has been built on reputation for excellent customer service and reliability and we are very proud of the standards we offer our customers. As well as a fleet of modern, air conditioned and environmentally friendly vehicles, our consistent high level of service can only be achieved by having a very dedicated and professional team of staff, from drivers and engineers, through to management. Our fleet of coaches are safety inspected and serviced on a regular basis by our own qualified and experienced engineering team and are fitted with ABS breaking systems and seatbelts to maximise safety. All our vehicles also meet the strict new emissions requirements set to enter London and numerous European cities making our fleet one of the most environmentally friendly in our area. The business also benefits from having an out of hours contact number that is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is to ensure that our customers can contact us at anytime if required. We cater for any type of event, large or small, throughout Europe and we are confident that our business model offers our customers the highest standards of service but also great value for money. Not only do we cater high quality coach hire, but we also cater numerous bus services routes across Rhondda Cynon Taf and the Vale of Glamorgan. We provide bus services mainly from Pontypridd Bus Station and travel to various surrounding areas, making it easier for customers to get to Pontypridd town for work, shopping and leisure.
