Nunavut Bilingual Education Society

NBES is a non-profit, community-based society concerned with the development and production of multilingual (primarily Inuktitut and English) Northern educational resource materials. The society was created by a concerned group of Nunavut educators and artists, many of whom have contributed to the development of bilingual resources in the past. It is the society's hope that the cooperation of talented and concerned Nunavummiut will result in Northern educational resources that will support Nunavut education and the successful transmission of language and cultural identity to future generations.
